If you don’t travel for any reason, you must regularize the status of your ticket on the same day. We do not exchange tickets with an expired date, except in cases justified by documents.
The size of your dog or cat must be small or medium, weighing up to 10 kg; it must be accommodated in an appropriate transport box or even a transport bag suitable for travel, which should only hold 1 animal. The animal must be completely inside the crate/bag and cannot be removed from it during the trip; we recommend that your animal is properly vaccinated and sedated. There must be a collar, water and food bowls (enough food to eat during the trip). At bus stops you can take your pet out of its crate so that it can exercise and go to the bathroom.
Children must be accompanied by their parents or legal guardian, with proof of birth certificate or ID, passport or authorization. We offer free fares for children aged 0 to 5, provided they do not occupy the seat, traveling on the lap of their parents or legal guardian; from the age of 6 the normal fare is charged.
Our customers have the right to carry 1 (one) medium suitcase in the hold of the coach. If you exceed the amount or weight or size, you will pay for excess baggage or additional volume. Check the rates at our points of sale.
It is forbidden to transport TVs and other items such as: gas cylinders (empty or full), generators, refrigerators, chests, car/motorcycle parts, plants, ceramic pots, flammable products. If you are transporting fresh food (fish, meat, seafood, drinks, etc.), you should put it in a suitable container: a cool box or trunk, so as not to damage other luggage.
When paying for excess baggage, demand a receipt and make sure the amount paid is on the receipt/invoice, otherwise “report” it.
